RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews)
• Build talent pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Coordinate directly with founders for hiring needs
• Handle onboarding and documentation of new employees
• Maintain basic HR records and employee data
• Support in building initial HR policies and processes
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
• Manage employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
• Handle performance management systems (KPIs, reviews, feedback cycles)
• Oversee payroll coordination and attendance systems
• Build employer branding and hiring strategies
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Lead strategic HR planning aligned with business goals
• Develop leadership pipeline and organizational structure
• Implement training and development programs
• Drive company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention strategies
• Manage HR analytics and decision-making insights
QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years experience (freshers with strong skills can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Problem-solving mindset and high ownership attitude
